  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 15 drops of Botanoo Jeyn Pure Hemp CBD Oil
  • One punnet red grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
  • One large baguette or crusty loaf
  • One punnet yellow grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
  • One onion, sliced
  • Two teaspoons crushed garlic
  • One tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 16 whole basil leaves, more if required
  • Salt and grounded black pepper
  • 250g butter / substitute with Olive Oil

How to Prepare Fresh CBD Bruschetta:

Heat the oil using a small pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir for a minute until lightly fried. Remove the garlic before it turns brown. Set the garlic and oil into a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.

Mix the red and yellow tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, basil, onion & garlic to the bowl. Drizzle some salt and pepper. Toss to blend and taste (add extra basil and salt if required). Cover and refrigerate +-2 hours.

Slice the baguette diagonally so that you get the maximum surface area. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large pan, and grill the bread on both sides, until golden. Repeat with the remaining four tablespoons of butter and the other half of the bread.
